After receiving a confirmed order, it is processed and prepared mostly same day or by next working day except the orders which contains Additional Laboratory Testing (As specified by customer) or any orders which includes any kind of customization. The processing time for such Lab testing and Customization is specified on product details.

After processing and preparation of order it is dispatched by us through renowned courier partners. Each product is being packed in 5 layer customized packaging to that it reach to customers safely.

Generally orders are delivered within 3-7 days from the date of Dispatch, however it may sometimes delayed in delivering on account oh Holidays, Public Riots, Heavy Floods or any other natural calamities etc. Delivery to remote areas and villages also may take some more time. It is to be specified that the Delivery is purely dependent on courier companies thats why we are considering only renowned courier agencies.
